My office is in the Willard Building at 2524 W. Colorado Avenue, Suite 207, in Old Colorado City. It’s convenient to Colorado Springs’ Westside and Manitou Springs, with entrances from Colorado Avenue and the rear parking lot.

I do not offer virtual sessions at this time. I believe that in person sessions are the most effective, and I want to offer my clients the best possible experience.

Some people come for a handful of sessions to work through a specific challenge, while others choose a longer journey of deeper healing and personal growth. Whatever brings you here, my goal is the same: to create a space where you feel understood, challenged, and supported as we work together toward meaningful, lasting change.description

My sessions last 55 minutes. I do my best to start and end each session on time.

I require 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel after the 24-hour window for any reason, I charge a $75 cancellation fee.
